Specialty Areas

Behaviors & Emotion Regulation

We understand that managing challenging/disruptive behaviors and big feelings can be tough.

Whether it's tantrums, aggression, arguing, impulsivity, or anxiety, we're here to help!

Our therapy sessions help teach kids how to understand emotions and use coping skills, while providing parents with effective strategies to support children with attention, listening, and regulation.

Trauma/Stress

Traumatic experiences and chronic stress can significantly impact a child's emotional and psychological well-being, leading to symptoms such as anxiety, behavioral issues, and difficulty forming secure attachments.

Our trauma-informed therapy helps children and families process experiences and build resilience.

We provide a safe and supportive environment for healing and bonding, working with you and your child to enhance coping skills and restore a sense of safety and stability that empowers children and families to move forward with confidence and strength.

Parent Support

At Child & Family , we are dedicated to supporting maternal mental health and providing comprehensive parenting support.

We understand that the transition to parenthood can be both joyful and challenging. Our services are designed to address these concerns by offering compassionate, evidenced-based therapy and resources to support family well-being.

We provide parenting support to help parents navigate the complexities of raising children ages 0-8 years. Through individualized sessions with practical guidance, we empower parents with the tools and confidence they need to foster a positive, nurturing environment for their children and themselves.

Early Development & Neurodevelopmental Disorders

At Child & Family , we recognize the unique challenges that can arise during early childhood, such as sleep concerns, potty training, or difficulties with communication, social interactions, and achieving developmental milestones.

We assess each child's specific needs and strengths and create individualized, targeted intervention plans that foster development and growth.

We work closely with caregivers to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and strategies needed to support their child's development.
