Dr. Holly earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology and specializes in infant and early childhood mental health, neurodevelopmental disorders, and trauma-informed care.
Dr. Holly is a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) provider and in-house trainer. She is also trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, DIR/Floortime, and Child Parent Psychotherapy.
Dr. Holly has significant experience working in outpatient mental health settings, medical centers, and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in hospitals.
Dr. Holly’s approach to therapy is centered on creating a supportive and empathetic environment that promotes healing and growth. Dr. Holly utilizes evidence-based, developmentally appropriate interventions tailored to each family’s unique needs.
By integrating play therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and trauma-informed care, Dr. Holly supports families in creating a safe space where children can express themselves and parents can gain a deeper understanding of their child’s experiences.
With a focus on strengthening the parent-child relationship and enhancing communication within the family, together we will work towards fostering emotion regulation, resilience, and positive behavioral change.
